By using pravassukhachacabs.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Service
Pravas Sukhacha operates as a collaborative route coordination desk.
All bookings are assigned directly through Anil Bhai’s local logistics network and executed by our primary fixed travel partner who directly manages the drivers and physical fleet on the ground.
2. Pricing and Payments
All fare quotes settled with our desk via WhatsApp are fixed and all-inclusive.
The price includes vehicle usage, highway fuel, driver allowances, and all highway toll plaza taxes.
Any extra deviations, route changes, or additional drop points requested by the customer on the road that were not part of the original booking will incur extra distance charges.
Payments must be settled directly with the partner network driver upon trip completion or via the payment terms agreed upon during the booking verification.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate pickup addresses, destination drop points, dates, and reporting times.
The customer is fully responsible for reporting on time. The assigned driver will wait at the designated pickup spot for a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled reporting time. Beyond this window, the trip may be treated as a no-show.
4. Vehicle Availability and Replacements
While we accept specific vehicle category requests (Ecco, Ertiga, or AC Cruiser), allocations are subject to real-time fleet placement within our partner network.
In case of any sudden mechanical breakdown or unforeseen operational issue on the highway, our partner desk will immediately dispatch a replacement vehicle to ensure you reach your destination safely.
5. Updates to Terms
Pravas Sukhacha reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect operational changes in our fleet network. The updated terms will become active immediately once posted on this page.
